Selectious delivers scrupulously selected items from overseas, mostly from China.
The delivery speeds and charges mentioned in this section are applicable to Official Store items purchased on Selectious.com.au and shipped to addresses within Australia. Delivery to some special areas is not available (see Delivery Restrictions set out of the excluded areas in the ‘International Delivery to Metro Areas’ table below).
During the checkout process, you can select the delivery speed for your Selectious Official Store order. The delivery options available can vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address. Only the delivery options available for your particular order (taking into account the variety of factors above) will be displayed at checkout.

Australia is a large country and the above price is only for metro areas (Zone 1) as an example. If you are from a remote area or not sure about your area, please check the freight in the cart and box when checking out.
When you shop at Selectious, cart-list page lets you know whether an item can be delivered to you. Update your postcode in the navigation bar at the top of each page or in the cart-list before checking out to see products available to your area and shipping options. Delivery availability, delivery charges and speeds.
Whenever there’s a status change of your order, it will be updated in the order-list page which can be found in Homepage -> top right menu -> My Orders. If you are going to track the details of the order freight, you can click the view button of the order, and check the Logistics section in the order detail page.
Once your order has been cleared from Australia custom, a courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery to your door. Please note that if you cannot receive the package on the scheduled day and the courier has to deliver again, there could introduce extra cost.
