Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.

You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

The Selectious Guarantee & Returns Policy applies to each and every product sold on Selectious.com.au.

Whenever you place an order on Selectious.com.au, we promise that you will get exactly what you ordered. If the product isn’t what you ordered, then we will make sure you receive the correct product, and if we can’t we will issue you with a refund.

Eligible products for returns policy

Our returns policy accepts returns if the products you bought were faulty, damaged, unusable or not what your ordered when you received it. If you choose to return your product under our returns policy, and it’s eligible to be returned, we will refund you or issue you Selectious.com.au credit equivalent to the value of the returned products, excluding delivery charges, to spend on something new.

Please return products in their original condition along with all original packaging, tags and accessories. Footwear and apparel should be unworn, unwashed and with all original packaging and tags still attached otherwise we will not be able to process your request.

How to return an item

To return an item under the Selectious Guarantee, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit your Selectious.com.au My account dashboard
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Find the order containing the product you wish to return
  4. Make sure the status of the order is “Received”
  5. Click the View button to the right of the order to open the Order detail page
  6. Click ‘Apply for Aftersales’
  7. Follow the prompts to return the selected item

For the return of products, our Customer Support team will provide you with instructions on how to prepare and submit your return. For products sold by Selectious.com.au, we will take care of it from there and get back to you within 48 hours.

As an online retailer, selectious.com.au do not have physical retail stores where you can return your faulty products. As such, it is important that you provide our team with as much information as possible (including photos and/or videos) to ensure your product fault or damage can be diagnosed promptly and we can resolve your issue.

Please note that where Products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, photographic evidence of the damage or fault must be submitted to Selectious Support within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to do so may result in your claim being denied.
