About the product

For individuals with myopia, due to the refraction of light in water and the closer distance between the lenses and eyes while swimming compared to normal glasses,

it is generally recommended to choose a prescription that is 50-100 degrees less than their regular prescription.

(Note: Do not choose a prescription higher than your regular one, as it may cause dizziness when swimming).

For individuals with both myopia and astigmatism, you can divide the astigmatism degree by 2, then add it to the myopia degree (i.e., myopia degree + 1/2 astigmatism degree), and then subtract 50-100 degrees. This will give the ideal prescription for swimming goggles.
